Anchor Boys

Who is it for?

Anchor Boys is the youngest section in the BB for boys aged betwee 5 and 7 years.

When do they meet?

The main weekly meeting is on a Friday night (6.00 p.m. - 7.15 p.m.)

What do they do?
Anchor boys have a fun and varied activity program including Crafts, Music, Games, Sports, and Stories, all of which follow a structured badge scheme.

All of this is done as part of a balanced programme that is separated into 5 different zones:
    - Body - fit for fun
    - Mind - think and do
    - Spirit - God and me
    - Community - me and my world
    - Creativity - make and do

Everything an Anchor Boy does helps them to develop and to think for themselves, within in a safe and friendly environment.

What else do I need to know?
Anchor Boys have a special uniform that they can wear. As everyone wears the same thing they feel as though they belong. However nobody need feel excluded because they do not have the right clothes.
